Details: Location: The sessions will take place at a location of your choice. Southern Utah has many beautiful areas such as parks, historical sites and amazing background scenery. Outdoor sessions are best scheduled in the early morning or late afternoon. Indoor sessions can take place at any time. A typical session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. We like to take my time to create the best possible portraits. Plus having children we understand the need for breaks and snacks. When photographing children we like to take some time before pulling out the camera to play with them, so they will feel more comfortable with us. When scheduling your session, please choose a time when your children are well rested, happy, and have full tummies. What to Wear: Our motto is Keep it Simple! Stay away from busy patterns or logos. Textures, like denim, sweaters, or corduroy photograph beautifully. We like to do multiple clothing changes, so feel free to bring more than one outfit!  For group photos, try to coordinate colors and styles, but everyone does not need to be the same. Newborns and babies photograph best in their birthday suits. Simple Elegance loves to photograph newborns wrapped in solid color blankets, so if you have a special blanket or two bring them! We also recommend that you bring a pair of bloomers for baby, a simple onesie, and plenty of diapers and wipes! Before and After your session: When you book your session you will receive photographers release forms that need to be signed and returned at time of session. The session fee is due at the time of the session. Approximately two weeks after your session, we will contact you with an email login and password for your private online gallery. Your images will be online for 10 days (which you can share with anyone you like), at which time your order is due. Once you have completed your order, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks to receive your prints (some specialty items may take longer). Delivery/shipping is complimentary. If you have questions about either, please feel free to contact us.  Cancellation: Emergencies happen! Please cancel your appointment if you, your children or any of your family members become sick. They will not photograph well. Please try to give 24 hours notice, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
